We went all out this year at Politics for ESSENCE Festival Weekend 2025. We had the honor of hosting three separate brand activations with PUMA, Purple Brand, and Her Grails for an incredible weekend celebrating Black excellence and culture.

Politics After Dark linked up with PUMA this past weekend to celebrate the H-Street OG revival. Mixing late-night vibes, curated cocktails, and cool people, the energy stayed up long after the lights went down.

On Sunday of festival weekend, Her Grails teamed up with Sneaker Politics in New Orleans, bringing together local sneakerheads over fresh kicks, panel talks, and female energy that lit up the city. Celebrating community, sisterhood, and culture, this was proof that sneaker culture thrives when women lead the conversation.

We had an incredible time bringing dynamic activations and events to New Orleans for ESSENCE Festival. We enjoyed seeing old and new faces as well as sharing conversations over food, fashion and sneakers. We can’t wait to do it again soon and go even bigger with our amazing community.
