At Politics, we are always looking for ways to give back to our local communities. We are especially grateful to be in a position to do cool things for young people. This week we had the amazing opportunity to host an early screening of Space Jam: A New Legacy for New Orleans area youth at The Broad Theater. It was an honor to be joined by Big Freedia as our special guest and give the kids a sneak peek at the upcoming film. Freedia is featured on the film's soundtrack and was able to share with the kids a story on how that came to be. We need to give a huge shout-out to Nike and local community organizers, Bike n Vote for helping us make this a day to remember.
