Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As a member of the E-commerce team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will play an integral role in driving customer acquisition and retention through targeted email/sms/app marketing from development to execution. The ideal candidate will develop a strong understanding of our customer base and highlight accomplishments in achieving business outcomes through email/sms/app marketing efforts.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.
• Segment and target audiences effectively to enhance campaign efficiency.
• Manage and grow subscriber lists through various channels, such as website sign-ups, social media, events, and more.
• Clean and segment lists regularly to maintain engagement and deliverability rates.
• Conduct research to improve campaigns, identify industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Conduct A/B testing and use results for optimization.
• Create compelling and relevant content for campaigns.
• Create unique visuals for campaigns through Adobe Photoshop.
• Implement email/sms marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and guide them through the customer journey.
• Use analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze and set key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide regular reports to upper management.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Ensure all email/sms campaigns comply with platform policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date on platform changes, features, trends, technologies and best practices to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years relevant experience in the Digital Marketing field.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Attentive, or other related email/sms marketing platforms.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Relevant certifications is a plus.
• Knowledge in the fashion or sneaker industry is a plus but not required.
