PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDER CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED PRIOR TO SHIPPING/FULFILLMENT WILL NOW BE PROCESSED WITH A CANCELLATION/RESTOCKING FEE OF $5 FOR ALL ORDERS UNDER $100 AND 5% FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $100. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ANY REQUEST TO CANCEL MULTIPLE ORDERS (MORE THAN 1) WILL RESULT IN A FEE OF $20 PER ORDER.
Unfortunately after an order is placed, we are unable to make any edits including edits to your shipping address.
You may cancel your order by emailing contact@sneakerpolitics.com and placing a new order.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 1-6 business days for delivery in the continental U.S.
You will received an automated email when your order ships with all tracking information. You can also login to your account on our website to check your tracking information.
Orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. vary in time due to customs and other conditions beyond our control.
US Orders under $50 are shipped through USPS. US orders over $50 is shipped with UPS.
The shopping cart will calculate the shipping price for all order. Just add the items you want to your cart and you will get your shipping cost.
We currently do not ship outside the US and its territories.
Per our Terms & Conditions, Sneaker Politics will not be held responsible for any packages lost in the mail. Please file a claim with the shipping provider.
Any packages Sneaker Politics receives that are marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" will be issued a store credit minus shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
On occasion we will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.
Socks, underwear, and sunglasses are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
Items that are discounted 40% or more off the retail price are designated as FINAL SALE and may not be returned for a refund, store credit or size exchange. This includes using a discount code to receive 40% off or more.
Release date products are also considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned for a refund, store credit or size exchange.
